Argues for emphasis to be placed on value of Aboriginal culture for traditionally oriented Aborigines, for involvement of Aboriginal women in pre-school and kindergarten education, for specially trained teachers and for vernacular teaching at primary levels, improvements in adult education; condemnation of adoption of Aboriginal children by European families; suggests government finance should be available to enable churches to work solely in field of spiritual welfare; suggestions for improvements in education among part-Aborigines to facilitate better employment, participation in co-operatives, etc.
